Our Story
Since 2002
The founder of Off2srilanka Tours Menaka Arangala, started tourism as a freelance tourist guide lecturer in 2002. He continued the job until the end of Sri Lanka’s civil war in 2008. During this period, he became very popular as a five-star freelance tourist guide in travel websites like TripAdvisor, Lonely Planet and Rough Guide. With the end of the civil war, tourist arrival increased remarkably and it was the foundation to Off2SriLanka Tours. The company started in 2011 and obtained the licence to work as a travel agency in Sri Lanka from Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority in 03rd July 2013.Off2srilanka Tours awarded the “certificate of excellence” from TripAdvisor in 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019, & 2020. “Travellers Choice” also awarded in 2020.
“Certificate of Excellence” awarded to Off2srilanka Tours by TripAdvisor for year 2015,2016,2017 & 2018.
Halle of Fame awarded to Off2srilanka Tours by TripAdvisor in 2019.
The last awarded Off2srilanka Tours obtained from TripAdvisor is Travellers Choice for 2020.
Off2srilanka Tours Present Days
According to the health guidance of Sri Lanka Tourism Development authority and the department of health, we are on work with a minimum working staff. Most of our staff are work from home.
