Travelers Information

Single Traveler

  • Room Type: Single Room
  • Provides privacy and comfort for solo travellers.

Two Travellers

  • Room Type: Double or Twin Room
  • Double bed or two single beds, depending on preference.
  • Suitable for couples, friends, or family members.

Three Travellers

  • Room Type: Triple Room
  • Typically includes one double bed and one single bed, or three single beds (depending on the availability).
  • Ideal for small families or groups of friends.
  • Three adults are the maximum occupancy per room.
  • A maximum of 2 children between 5 and 11 years are able to share a triple room with their parents.

Four Travellers

  • Room Type: Two Double/Twin Rooms
  • Two Rooms: When a family room isn’t available, two separate double/twin rooms will be allocated.
  • Family Room can be organized on request: Includes one double bed and two single beds, or two double beds. (depending on hotel availability traveller’s preference).
  • In the event that family rooms are unavailable, two adjoining or connected rooms will be assigned without warning.

Additional Info

  • Children ages 0 to 5 are free of charge.
  • Standard check-in time for accommodations is after 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00.
  • Weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances can cause travel times to vary from one place to another.

Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, a confirmation will be sent.
Hotels are subjected to availability, if not available similar category will be provided.

Cancellation Policy & Terms

Cancellation Requests.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.

Refund Schedule.

30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival: No refund will be provided.

7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded (This condition is applicable only for tour packages with 3-star hotels or B&B accommodations.).

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, the entire tour cost will be forfeited.

Changes to Bookings.

Any changes to the booking may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the modification and policies of service providers.

Force Majeure.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and third-party policies.

Important Notes

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
