The Cost Includes
- Services of a professional, English-speaking chauffeur throughout the rental period.
- Private air-conditioned vehicle (van) for the agreed duration.
- Fuel costs for the specified travel distance or total of 500 km per day (500 km for 5 days).
- Driver’s accommodation and meals during the rental period.
- Parking fees, highway tolls, and local taxes within the agreed itinerary.
- Meet & assist service upon arrival (if applicable).
- Comprehensive insurance for the vehicle and passengers (as per local regulations).
- All government taxes and service charges.
The Cost Excludes
- Entrance fees to attractions, monuments, or national parks.
- Jeep hire or internal transportation inside national parks or specific sites.
- Personal travel insurance (highly recommended).
- Tips and gratuities for the driver or service staff.
- Additional mileage beyond 100 km per day, charged at USD 0.45 per km.
- Additional days beyond the agreed rental period, charged at USD 90 per day (including 100 km & 10 hours).
- Late-night or overnight driving beyond the permitted 10-hour daily limit.
- Expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or flight delays.
- Services not mentioned or not promised by the agent/agency.

Vehicle Usage Policy
The vehicle is provided for exclusive use during the rental period of 5 days.
Daily usage is limited to 10 hours per day, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Mileage is limited to the agreed itinerary or a total of 100 km per day (unless otherwise specified).
Additional mileage beyond the agreed limit will be charged at USD 0.45 per km.
Additional driver hours beyond 10 hours per day may incur extra charges or may be declined for safety reasons.
Any service extension request should be made at the time of booking. Requests made during the trip are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
The rate for an additional day is USD 90, which includes 100 km of travel and 10 hours of service.
